About Inphax

Inphax is a small, independently run online store. We sell serveware and table pieces made from natural materials — acacia, olive wood, bamboo and ceramic — chosen for how they look on a table and how long they last on it.

What we actually do

We are a curated shop, not a warehouse. We do not list thousands of products. Each piece in the catalogue was picked because it does one job well: a board that opens to hold its own knives, a bowl turned from a single piece of olive wood, a tray that gives each dip its own ceramic bowl.

The business is operated from Brazil. Our pieces come from workshops that specialise in this kind of work, and most orders are dispatched from fulfillment partners in the United States. A small number — the olive wood bowls hand-carved in East Africa — ship from the artisans' workshop there, which is why they take longer to reach you. The estimated delivery time is stated on every product page, per item, so you know before you buy rather than after.

What to expect from natural materials

Wood is not printed. Grain, colour and figure change from one piece to the next, and hand-carved items vary in shape as well. If you order two bowls, they will not be identical. We would rather tell you that up front than have it arrive as a surprise.

How we keep prices where they are

We work directly with the workshops and fulfillment partners that make and ship our pieces, without a retail chain in between. That is what lets us put well-made serveware at accessible prices. Shipping is free on every order — it is built into the price rather than added at checkout.

What we commit to

Honest product descriptions, including the parts that are not flattering. Delivery estimates we actually expect to meet, stated per item. A 30-day return window. And a reply to every email within one business day, from a person.
