We reply to every message within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. Messages that arrive over the weekend are answered on Monday.

Who we are

Inphax is an independently operated online retailer of serveware and table pieces. The business is run from Brazil, and orders for customers in the United States are dispatched by fulfillment partners located in the US. A small number of hand-carved pieces ship from artisan workshops abroad. The estimated delivery time for every item is stated on its own product page, before you buy. Our business registration details are in our Legal Notice.

We select and sell these pieces — we do not manufacture them. Where a piece carries its maker's mark, we say so in the product description rather than let you find out when the box opens.

Before you write about an order

Including your order number and the email you used at checkout lets us pull up your order straight away instead of writing back to ask. If something arrived damaged, a photo helps us replace it faster.

Where your order is

You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Delivery times differ by item and are listed on each product page. If your tracking has not moved in several days, write to us rather than wait it out.

Returns and refunds
