Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. Free standard shipping is included on every order — there are no shipping charges at checkout.

Delivery estimates

The estimate shown on each product page is the total time from order to delivery. It already includes the time we take to prepare and dispatch the item, so there is nothing to add on top of it.

Delivery times vary by product, because our pieces come from different workshops and fulfillment partners. As a guide: most acacia and ceramic serving pieces arrive in 3 to 6 business days; a few items arrive faster, in 2 to 5 business days; some pieces arrive in 5 to 9 business days; and the olive wood bowls hand-carved in East Africa ship from the artisans' workshop and arrive in 10 to 17 business days.

Orders are handled Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday begin processing on the next business day.

If your order contains items with different delivery estimates, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days, at no extra cost to you.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched. If your tracking has not updated in several days, email us and we will trace it rather than have you wait.

Delays

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by events outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email us and we will trace it for you.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot change an address once an order has been dispatched, and we are not able to refund orders lost because of an incorrect address.
