Hand wash the acacia base and lids and dry them straight away; never soak them or put them in the dishwasher. A little food-safe mineral oil now and then keeps the grain rich.

Care
Wood and bamboo: hand wash in warm water and dry straight away. Never leave it soaking or put it in the dishwasher. Rubbing in a little food-safe mineral oil every few months keeps the grain from drying out.
