Turned from a single piece of Mediterranean olive wood, with the live edge left intact so no two are alike. The elongated shape suits olives, nuts and flaky salt at the table — or keys and rings by the door.
Olive wood grows slowly and twists as it goes, which is why the grain runs in loops rather than straight lines. Small enough to leave out permanently, good-looking enough to want to.
Hand wash and dry straight away; never soak it or put it in the dishwasher. Rub in a little food-safe mineral oil every few months to keep the grain rich.

Care
Wood and bamboo: hand wash in warm water and dry straight away. Never leave it soaking or put it in the dishwasher. Rubbing in a little food-safe mineral oil every few months keeps the grain from drying out.
